Stout responds to Heath's inquiry regarding the treatment of spermatorrhea: "You are doubtless aware that our present treatment for spermathorrhoea is almost always a specific." Stout informs Heath that he is sending him a diagnostic questionnaire "so that I can get a perfect history of your case" before recommending a course of treatment.
